To clarify, the amenity fee is included in the advertised room price during the reservation process and supports experiences like the pool and hot tub, coffee, cookies, and beach amenities. Parking, however, is an optional charge for guests who choose to use our underground garage, and we understand some guests prefer nearby street parking when available.
